Project Background
As a subcontractor for PT Wijaya Karya Beton, we are tasked with upgrading the railway signaling system along the critical route between Surabaya and Solo, specifically focusing on the stretch from Mojokerto to Sepanjang Station. This project involves replacing the aging signaling infrastructure, which has been in operation since 1983, with a modern, more reliable system. The enhanced system will significantly improve safety, efficiency, and operational reliability for the entire corridor, ensuring smoother train movements and reducing the potential for delays or accidents.
Project Completion
The project was successfully completed by mid-2023, with commissioning scheduled for December 2023. This timely completion marks a significant achievement in upgrading the railway signaling system between Mojokerto and Sepanjang Station. With this newly installed technology in place, we are elevating one of Indonesia's most vital rail corridors to new standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability.
